Intelligente Kamera, 600MHz DSP, 60 fps, 256 Mbyte RAM, CMOS Kamera
Die VisionCam XS bietet als intelligente, programmierbare Kamera ein attraktives Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis an: Mit unterschiedlichen Auflösungen, wahlweise in Farbe, liefert die Kamera bis zu 60 Bilder/Sekunde. Diese Bildwechselfrequenz erhöht sich automatisch, wenn nur ein Teilbild ausgelesen wird. Die Bilddaten werden mit einem Texas Instruments Prozessor aus der DaVinci Serie verarbeitet, getaktet mit 600 MHz. Für Daten und Bilder stehen 2 GByte Flash-Speicher zur Verfügung. Für die Kommunikation mit übergeordneten Systemen sowie der Maschine stehen 2/4 digitale IOs, eine serielle Schnittstelle und ein Ethernet-Interface zur Verfügung. Die Kamera kann von außen selbstverständlich asynchron getriggert werden.
Ein weiteres Hihglight sind der eingebaute Blitz und das robuste Kameragehäuse. Die Kombination aus Sensor und Prozessor bietet damit eine Leistung an, die so manches einfache PC-System übertrifft.
Die Intelligente Kamera wird wie gewohnt mit einer abgerundeten Startsoftware geliefert, in der Sie schnell Ihre Anwendung integrieren können. Offen in C++ programmierbar entsteht somit in kurzer Zeit eine kundenspezifische, intelligente Kamera. Die VisionCam XS eröffnet Ihnen somit ein preiswertes VisionSystem.
